In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "gv7777," "we," "us," "our," or "the Platform" means the gv7777 online gaming platform accessible at gv7777.one, operated by its licensed entity under an international gaming license.
• "Player," "you," "your," or "Account Holder" means any natural person who has created a registered account on gv7777 and is using the platform's services.

• "Real Money Funds" means cash funds deposited by the player via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, or USDT TRC20 into the player's gv7777 account, and which are distinguishable from Bonus Funds.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity verification — the process by which gv7777 verifies a player's identity using a Pakistani CNIC and supporting selfie photograph, as required under gv7777's international gaming license obligations.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered across qualifying games before any portion of that bonus, or winnings derived from it, may be withdrawn from a player's gv7777 account.

Use of gv7777's services is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout their use of the platform:

gv7777 reserves the right to request additional documentation to verify any player's eligibility at any time. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable period may result in suspension or closure of the player's account and withholding of withdrawals pending verification.

Each eligible individual may hold one and only one active gv7777 account. gv7777 uses a combination of mobile number verification, CNIC cross-referencing, device fingerprinting, and IP monitoring to detect and prevent multiple account registrations by the same individual.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your gv7777 login credentials — including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes — and for all activities and transactions conducted through your account. gv7777 shall not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account that arises from your failure to maintain appropriate credential security.

You are required to notify gv7777 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to, or use of, your gv7777 account. Notification must be made via gv7777's Urdu or English 24/7 live chat or by email to the address provided in these Terms & Conditions.

• Accounts may not be transferred, sold, gifted, or otherwise assigned to any third party.
• Playing on behalf of another person or allowing another person to play through your account is strictly prohibited.
• gv7777 accounts are non-negotiable instruments and do not carry any monetary value independent of the platform.
• gv7777 reserves the right to request updated KYC documentation at any time in accordance with our international gaming license obligations.

gv7777 accepts deposits via the following payment methods, all of which are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated:

• JazzCash — minimum deposit PKR 200, instant credit to gv7777 account balance.
• EasyPaisa — minimum deposit PKR 200, instant credit to gv7777 account balance.
• HBL Internet Banking — minimum deposit PKR 1,000, credit within 5–15 minutes during banking hours.

• Meezan Bank — minimum deposit PKR 1,000, credit within 5–15 minutes during banking hours.

All deposits must originate from payment accounts or instruments held in your own name. Deposits from payment accounts held by third parties — including family members — are not permitted. gv7777 reserves the right to return any deposit that appears to originate from a third-party payment source and to suspend the depositing account pending investigation.

gv7777 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on deposits exceeding threshold amounts in compliance with our international gaming license's anti-money laundering (AML) obligations. Players making large deposits may be required to provide source of funds documentation before those deposits are credited or made available for withdrawal.

Players may withdraw their Real Money Funds balance from gv7777 at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 500 for all payment methods.

gv7777 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered players, including but not limited to: welcome deposit bonuses, weekly reload bonuses, cashback rebates, and tournament prizes. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion:

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be satisfied before bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The wagering requirement multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the specific bonus terms.
• The standard welcome bonus at gv7777 carries a 30× wagering requirement applied to the bonus amount received.

gv7777 is committed to responsible gaming and provides the following player-protection tools in fulfilment of our obligations under our international gaming license:

• Money laundering — using gv7777 as a vehicle to deposit, circulate, or withdraw funds derived from illegal sources.
• Attempting to charge back, reverse, or dispute a legitimate deposit made to gv7777 via any payment provider.
• Using VPN, proxy, or anonymization technology to obscure your true location where such usage is intended to circumvent gv7777's eligibility restrictions.

gv7777 reserves the right to immediately close any account found to be engaged in Prohibited Conduct, to withhold all balances pending investigation, and to report relevant matters to the appropriate regulatory or law enforcement authorities.

All content available on gv7777 — including but not limited to the gv7777 brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, promotional materials, written content, and software architecture — is the proprietary intellectual property of gv7777 or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use gv7777's platform solely for your personal entertainment purposes. This licence does not include any right to copy, reproduce, redistribute, modify, adapt, decompile, reverse-engineer, or commercially exploit any aspect of gv7777's intellectual property without the prior written consent of gv7777.

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, gv7777's total aggregate liability to any player arising from or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or the use of gv7777's services shall not exceed the total value of Real Money Funds held in that player's account at the time the relevant claim arises.

gv7777 shall not be liable to any player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption — arising from the player's use of or inability to use gv7777's services, even if gv7777 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

gv7777 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform and shall not be liable for any service interruptions, technical failures, or data loss beyond gv7777's reasonable control, including telecommunications network failures affecting Pakistani ISPs and mobile data providers.

A player may close their gv7777 account at any time by contacting gv7777 support via live chat or email. Upon closure request, gv7777 will process the account closure within 5 business days and return any verified Real Money Funds balance to the player's most recently used payment method.

gv7777 may suspend or permanently terminate a player's account at any time — with or without prior notice — in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time when requested by gv7777.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Engagement in Prohibited Conduct as defined in Section 10.
• Where continued operation of the account would expose gv7777 to regulatory or legal risk.

In the event of account closure for cause (i.e., breach of Terms & Conditions), gv7777 reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending investigation. Real Money Funds in accounts closed without cause will be returned to the player in full.

gv7777 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered players via SMS to their registered Pakistani mobile number and/or a notification within the gv7777 account dashboard no less than 7 days before the amended terms take effect.

Your continued use of gv7777 following the effective date of any amended Terms & Conditions shall constitute your acceptance of the amended terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms & Conditions, you must close your account and withdraw your balance before the effective date of the amendment.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which gv7777 holds its international gaming license. Any dispute between a player and gv7777 that cannot be resolved through informal negotiation shall be referred to gv7777's formal internal complaints procedure, which is available to all registered players by contacting support.

If gv7777's internal complaints procedure does not resolve the dispute to the player's satisfaction, the dispute may be escalated to the applicable independent dispute resolution body designated under gv7777's gaming license. The decision of such independent body shall be final and binding on both parties, subject only to challenge on limited grounds before the courts of the governing jurisdiction.
